We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item because you changed your mind (e.g., preference, or no longer needed) or you purchased the wrong item, please review the following policy:

Domestic Returns (Within the United States)

• Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping Cost: For returns based on a change of mind or an incorrect item purchased by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for bearing the full cost of return shipping. 

• Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, minus the original shipping costs, to your original payment method.

International Returns (Outside the United States)

• Eligibility: International returns due to a change of mind or an incorrect item purchased are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the same condition requirements as domestic returns.

• Shipping Costs: For these types of international returns, the buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost (non-refundable) and the full cost of return shipping.

• Taxes and Duties: The buyer is also responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees incurred during the return process. These costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• Refund: Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item, less all original and return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Important Notes:

• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
